Shipping & Policies

On Time Delivery:

Aerokids ships its products to almost all parts of India.

Based on the nature of the products that we have, we have designed a custom shipping policy that is designed exclusively in your best interests.

All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days. 

The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded in the manner you have made the payment.

Certain locations which are difficult to reach, the delivery time is more than 12 days. Please contact our call center for details.We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 8881 940 950 (9AM - 6PM) or mail us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges:

Please note our shipping charges as follows.
A fixed shipping charge of Rs.100 is applicable on all orders below Rs.500 at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations. 
For products above 2 Kgs, additional shipping charges will be applicable.
The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Aerokids Retails LLP. at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Returns & Cancellations Policy:
Our aim at is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 10days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. Aerokids Retails LLP reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. 
There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons.

In case the product received is the incorrect product:
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
Return method & payment:
We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made via online transfer of funds to the customers bank account.
The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.

Terms & Condition - Rental Costumes :


Advance Booking: We recommend that you reserve items as early as possible to ensure availability. Even though we have a large inventory from which to select, some items are more popular than other and many not be available for last-minute rentals.
- Costumes can be booked online by paying rental charges.
- Length of rental: the standard rental period is a one day (24hrs) with discount available for long-term rental.
- Original ID Proof /Security Cash Deposit of Rs.500 (for security purpose) should be submitted at the time of taking the delivery.
- Security deposit / original ID Proof will be given back at the time of returning the costume in good condition (Without any damage).
- In case of loss or damages the cost of the costumes has to be paid.
- Bill amount has to be paid in full at the time of delivery. Once paid will not be refunded.
- In case of show cancellation/postponement, rental amount will not be refunded.
- Cash Deposit: A caution deposit is generally taken at the time of rental. Part, or all, of the security deposit will be used to cover the event of damaged or improperly cleaned costumes and accessories.
- Cash Deposit is Refundable.
- Deposit should be made according to the value of the product.
- Deposit will be refunded at the time of returning the costume in Good Condition.
Condition and Damage: Rental agrees to return all costumes and accessories in the condition in which they were received. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other kind of trim or material. It is understood that the costumes/accessories are expensive and should be handled by responsible personnel. It is a rare occurrence but if items are damaged due to abuse or large tears the customer will be charged for repair cost or for replacement cost.

Late returns: If for any reason the products are not returned to our company as agreed to in the Rental Contract you will be charged accordingly.
